INTERNAL REGULATIONS
I. – GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
1. Conditions of admission and stay
To be admitted to, set up camp, or stay on a campsite, you must have authorization from the manager or their representative. The manager is responsible for ensuring the campsite is well-maintained and in good order, as well as compliance with these internal regulations.
Staying on the campsite implies acceptance of the provisions of these regulations and a commitment to comply with them.
No one can establish residence there.
2. Police formalities
Minors not accompanied by their parents or a legal guardian will not be admitted.
In accordance with Article R. 611-35 of the French Code on the Entry and Residence of Foreigners and the Right of Asylum, the manager is required to have the foreign national complete and sign an individual police registration form upon arrival. This form must include, in particular:
1° The name and first names;
2° The date and place of birth;
3° Nationality;
4° The usual residence.
Children under the age of 15 can be listed on the form of one of the parents.
3. Installation
Outdoor accommodation and related equipment must be set up in the location indicated in accordance with the instructions given by the manager or their representative.
4. Reception desk
Open during the off-season from 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm
and July and August from 8am to 12pm and from 2:30pm to 7pm.

At the reception desk you will find all the information on the services of the campsite, information on supply options, sports facilities, tourist attractions in the surrounding area and various addresses that may prove useful.
A system for collecting and processing complaints is available to customers.
5. Display
These internal regulations are displayed at the reception desk. They are given to any customer who requests them.
As well as the campsite's website.
For classified campsites, the classification category with the mention tourism or leisure and the number of tourism or leisure pitches are displayed.
The prices of the various services are communicated to customers under the conditions set by order of the minister responsible for consumer affairs and can be consulted at reception.
6. Arrival and departure procedures
Outside of reception opening hours, no setup on the campsite is permitted without prior booking made on our website.
Guests are asked to notify the reception desk of their departure the day before. Guests intending to leave before the reception desk opens must notify the reception desk the day before and pay their balance.
7. Noise and silence
Customers are asked to avoid any noise or conversations that might disturb their neighbors.
The sound systems must be adjusted accordingly. Door and trunk closures must be as quiet as possible.
Dogs and other animals must never be left unattended. They must not be left on the campsite, even confined, in the absence of their owners, who are legally responsible for them.
From 10pm until 8am, the manager ensures the tranquility of his customers; total silence is required.
8. Visitors
After being authorized by the manager or his representative, visitors may be admitted to the campsite under the responsibility of the campers who receive them.
The customer may receive one or more visitors at reception. The campsite's services and facilities are accessible to visitors. However, the use of these facilities is subject to a fee, which is displayed at the campsite entrance and at the reception office.
Visitors' cars are not allowed in the campsite.
9. Vehicle traffic and parking
Within the campsite, vehicles must travel at a limited speed of 5 km/h
Traffic is permitted from 8am to 11pm.
Only vehicles belonging to campers staying on the premises are permitted to circulate within the campsite. Parking is strictly prohibited on pitches normally occupied by accommodations unless a designated parking space has been provided. Parking must not obstruct traffic, prevent the arrival of new campers, or impede emergency access. Guests must not leave their vehicles in any location other than their assigned pitch.
10. Maintenance and appearance of facilities
Everyone is required to refrain from any action that could harm the cleanliness, hygiene and appearance of the campsite and its facilities, including sanitary facilities.
It is forbidden to throw wastewater on the ground or in gutters.
Customers must empty wastewater into the facilities provided for this purpose, either at the motorhome area.
Household waste, waste of any kind, and papers must be deposited at the selective sorting area located at the entrance to the campsite.
Washing is strictly prohibited outside of the designated basins.
Laundry must be hung out to dry in the designated areas or rentals, provided it is discreet and does not disturb the neighbors. It must never be hung from trees.
Plantings and floral decorations must be respected. It is forbidden to drive nails into trees, cut branches, or plant anything.
It is not permitted to delimit the location of an installation by personal means, nor to dig the ground.
Any repair of damage caused to vegetation, fences, land or campsite facilities will be at the expense of the person who caused it.
The pitch used during the stay must be kept clean; therefore, the client agrees to clean their pitch and rental unit before departure.
11. Security
a) Fire .
Open fires (wood, charcoal, etc.) are strictly prohibited by the Ardèche prefecture . Stoves must be kept in good working order and must not be used in dangerous conditions. Gas griddles can be rented at reception.
In case of fire, notify management immediately or call 06 46 23 27 43. Fire extinguishers are available if necessary.
A first aid kit is located at the reception desk.
b) Vol .
Management is responsible for items left at the office only during opening hours and has a general duty to supervise the campsite. Campers remain responsible for their own equipment and must report the presence of any suspicious persons to the manager. Guests are advised to take the usual precautions to safeguard their belongings.
12. Games
No violent or disruptive games may be organized near the facilities.
The games room and reception room cannot be used for rough and tumble games.
Children should always be under the supervision of their parents.
13. Dead Garage
No equipment may be left unattended on the grounds without the prior agreement of management and only in the designated location. This service may be subject to a fee.
14. Behavior, respect for places and illicit substances
The introduction, possession, cultivation, sale or consumption of illicit substances (narcotics) is strictly prohibited throughout the entire establishment (sites, rental accommodations, resident accommodations, accommodations made available, staff accommodations, restaurant, reception hall, snack bar and common areas, wooded areas and parking lots or any space belonging to SARL les Roches).
Any breach of this prohibition, noted by management or law enforcement, constitutes a serious offense and will result in the immediate and unannounced expulsion of the perpetrator and their companions.
In the event of eviction, no refund of payments made for the stay will be given, and the remaining balance will be due as a penalty. The establishment reserves the right to file a complaint with the appropriate authorities.
15. Violation of internal regulations
In the event that a resident, client, employee, external service provider, business manager or any person present or accommodated within the Domaine Camping les Roches (SARL LES ROCHES) disturbs the stay of other users, endangers the security of the establishment, or does not comply with the provisions of these internal regulations, the manager or his representative may order him orally to cease the disturbances.
If the manager deems the infraction too serious, intolerable, or repeated, they reserve the right to immediately terminate the accommodation contract or any occupancy agreement and to expel the offender without notice and at any time. For employees or external contractors, failure to comply with these regulations may also result in immediate exclusion from the premises, without prejudice to any applicable legal disciplinary or contractual procedures. In the event of a client's expulsion, no refund of payments made will be granted, and the remaining balance for the stay will remain due.
In the event of a criminal offence, the manager may call upon law enforcement.

16. Swimming pool and attire
Appropriate attire is required in the campsite and its facilities. The manager may ask anyone whose attire is deemed indecent, unsanitary, or a safety hazard to change clothes or exclude them from the premises.
Only one-piece or two-piece swimsuits are allowed for women and girls, and boxer shorts or mid-thigh swimsuits for men and young boys.
17. Inventory
CHECK-IN INVENTORY: Cleaning and inventory will be completed before your arrival. Please check this upon arrival. In case of any problems, please notify management.
CHECK-OUT INVENTORY: Please inform us of your departure time so that reception can explain the procedures.
A fee of €90 will be retained if the rental property has not been cleaned. This fee will also cover any costs for restoring the premises to their original condition, and the value of any missing or damaged equipment. Duvets and pillows must remain inside the bedrooms. The rental property must be returned in a perfectly clean condition.
18. Insurance
Trip cancellation with cancellation insurance:
• Domaine Camping Les Roches offers "Campez Couvert" cancellation insurance.
Reasons for cancellation covered by the insurer:
➢ Medical reasons: serious illness or accident, death, complications due to pregnancy before the 26th
week
➢ Personal reasons: summons for child adoption, a make-up exam or
organ transplant, separation, etc.
➢ Serious damage to your vehicle within 48 hours of departure
➢ Professional reasons: cancellation or change of paid leave dates, redundancy or
negotiated termination, job transfer, obtaining a new job, etc.
➢ Serious damage to professional or private premises (fire, explosion, water damage, theft,
natural disasters), theft of identity card, driver's license or passport, visa refusal.
➢ Covid-19 extension! Coverage of cancellation fees in case of Covid-19 illness, quarantine following a positive test or a declared contact case, or denied boarding.

PLEASE NOTE: NO DISCOUNT WILL BE GRANTED FOR LATE ARRIVAL OR EARLY DEPARTURE.
Access to the establishment, as well as to all its structures, infrastructure and services (swimming pool, restaurant, playgrounds, common facilities, etc.), automatically implies knowledge and unreserved acceptance of these internal regulations, including for persons present temporarily or for a few hours.
